I have seen quite a few people who could not join under the new rules. I ask them in the sticky thread at the top of this forum to contact me but they don't. I don't think new people to this forum see that posting and so they do not know what to do, or how to do it, and cannot get registered. As a result, the level of activity on this board has gone down.

Well, I removed the restriction for me to personally approve each user and after one single day a spammer got in and posted junk. So the restriction is back on now and there it must remain.
