I might consider parting it out IFF I can sell the rudder, centerboard and mainsail - all 3 for $600 + shipping. All are in good condition.
Original 2-piece mast is also available. $?? Original mast cap is missing but has a functional one of PVC with block for halyard and a wire rod for flag.
I also have mainsheet block/tackle/cam. Drain plug. Nylon line rigging with carabiners for quick release.
