Does anyone know a good place to get replacement wooden battens? I know I'll have to cut them down to size which is why I'd prefer not to get fiberglass.

I bought a fiberglass replacement from West Marine; it works fine and was reasonably priced.

Dave,
I'm looking at West marine now. Which width did you get? 1.25" or 1.50" I measure the pocket as 1.5" Also did you have to trim them to fit?
I need all 3. 25'' 30'' and 31''

I just needed the 30" batten, so I ordered 30" x 1.25" West Marine fiberglass batten - Model # 104141. It fit perfectly in the pocket.

I'd suggest you order:
one West Marine Tapered Fiberglass Batten, 24" x 1.25", #104075
two West Marine Tapered Fiberglass Battens, 30" x 1.25", # 104141

I don't think the slight difference in length is that important; they'll just fit a little farther down in the sail's pockets.

In a pinch, go to walmart and get wooden dowl rod. Super cheap, and work just fine. Just sand the edges a little before sliding them in the pocket.
