tiller,rudder

I recently acquired a mfg19,it has no tiller/rudder. Does anyone know of a way to get plans to build one?

We can collectively provide you with measurements and descriptions. However, If you are in Maine and close to Waterville or Bangor, I can go one better and give you a chance to see one for yourself.
