It was owned previously by Lake Metroparks in Cleveland OH. The boat is in fair condition, it was missing some hardware and all the sheets. The main and jib are in good condition but the spinnaker is missing. The boat will be ready to sail as soon as I glass over the holes where the bailers used to attach.
I'm looking forward to joining the sailing community here in the Memphis area. I'll get some pictures within the next few days when I step the mast.
