replacment bailer for sidewinder

We’re trying to replace the bailer on our Sidewinder. The original bailer was made out of plastic, and leaked absurd amounts of water into the boat because w?e coul?dn’t shut it properly. But the problem we’re having is that the bailer seems to be both a non-standard shape and size and Sidewinder parts don’t seem to be available any more...any ideas?

The bailer was made by Holt-Allen. I don’t recall the part number, but it was available about five years ago. Maybe try searching for Holt-Allen? If the exact original size is not available, maybe you can find one that is close enough and a little bit of fiberglass work will get you there.
