repair of pulpit on deck of MFG 19'

M'y pulpit got damaged in a bad storm and two of the plates holding the pulpit secure got ripped out from the deck. I have a MFG 19' that was new in approximately 1983. Can anyone tell me the proper steps for securing the pulpit? Anita Balch
