Go to the control center (link is at top of page), and then "Edit my files" (link is on the left). Here you can upload files. The file size has to be less than 500K (I can increase this if need be).
Then, you click the file to get its url (you will see it in the browser address bar) and copy that URL.
Then you can refer to the URL in postings.
